Ian was a kind and caring guy, for a short period of time we had the same commute to work, he would never miss an opportunity to pull my leg every time Leeds United lost, and I never let Liverpool's losses slide either! There were quite a few for both teams this season which made it more enjoyable! He was always smiling when we saw each other at work and he was reliable too. I would bring parcels to him at the end of the day, he always made sure it to send if off on the same day. He will be deeply missed and may he rest in peace.
