This site is a tribute to Ian, an admired work Colleague and Friend here at Tate & Lyle, Thames Refinery & Plaistow Wharf. Ian will be remembered for his daily routine as a Post Operative, walking the offices, smiling, joking and having conversations which usually included 'how his team won the Champions League' and stories of his drama group. Ian has gone to a better place now and he will not be forgotten as we continue to work here at Thames Refinery. This is a challenging time for Ian's Family who we offer support and would like to respect their decision to not buy flowers but instead contribute to a charity very close to their hearts, the Alzheimer's Society. The Funeral has been arranged for Friday 23rd April but due to the current rules only close Family have been invited, we would have packed the place out!
